We are very sorry to have to let you know that there has been something of a disaster with our reindeer.
Because of the massive global -warming / climate-change the tundra on which the reindeer feed has been devastated. Consequently we are unable to use our reindeer to make deliveries of Christmas trees to you this year.
We apologise for not being able to deliver trees this year but things like global warming are beyond our control.
We have been assured that Santa is NOT in the same predicament that we find ourselves in and that he will be making deliveries as usual this year.

Please think about your ceiling height when choosing your tree. Large trees look great in rooms with tall ceilings, but not so good if their tip has to curl over to fit under the ceiling.
We tend to provide trees on the large side of the ordered size as you are able to chop a bit off the trunk, and it's not so easy to add a bit on!
Custom-made Tree stands
Custom made stands are available in three sizes:

We very strongly recommend that you use a tree stand with your tree.
Our tree stands are very substantial and will last for many many years. They also accommodate a five litre bucket (supplied with each of our stands).
When we set-up your tree we freshly prepare the but of the trunk and then submerge it in the bucket of water, the tree drinks the water, lasts longer and smells better.
Delivery of the stand (and bucket) is included, if ordered with your tree.
Special stands are available for the Extra Large trees. These stands are very substantial to support the mass the of the Extra Large trees.
If you are doubtful have any concerns about the ability of the stand to support the size of tree you want we suggest you choose the larger stand and also make facility to attach the top portion of your tree to something secure.
Please note that payment must be made in full on delivery. This is the only way!

On the order form you are asked to enter your Melways Grid Reference. You are able to get this information from Street-directory.com.au. Just fill in the "Your Map Directory" fields and then "Start Searching" and the map will show your home and the 'Melways' reference number in the upper right corner of the map.
We will make every effort to deliver your tree on the day you request for delivery but this is generally not possible on the same day of your order. In the case of 'next day' delivery, this may be possible if your order is received early on the day before delivery is required. It helps us a lot if you are able to give us some lead time between placing your order and when you would like us to deliver your tree.
